Sabaah plans the next year

We’ve now returned from our seminar, and have many news in store for the coming year.

The seminar was an opportunity for us to talk about our expectations for Sabaah, as well as what areas we’d like to focus on in the coming year.

Of particular importance to the coming year, we’ve decided to invest more ressources in our outreach-programmes. We will continue with our intro-nights, as well as establishing a night for women only, once a month. We’re also pushing for more lectures and reaching young people where they are.

All-in-all, the next year looks to be exciting for Sabaah, as we transition from creating free spaces towards actively seeking and helping persons with minority backgrounds deal with their life situations and becoming happier people.

Sabaah

Sabaah means ”new day”, ”morning”, and ”new beginning”. Sabaah is an organization for homosexuals, bisexuals, and transpersons with ethnic backgrounds other than Danish as well as others who sympathize with the organization and its activities.

As a member of Sabaah you will be able to take part in a lot of cultural activities and debates and you will get the opportunity to meet a lot of interesting people with different backgrounds – or maybe someone with the same background as you?
